that happened in the court was that the judge as you know he comes in everyone's supposed to say hey I'm

this lawyer for this person and that before the judge came in US Congress was on the phone representing Congressman Cohen.

And what happened was that means that there were ex parte communications that we weren't aware of

that they communicated with them that they would

would call them to dial them in or have them on the call.

Probably.

That's one.

Number two, after the judge can everyone said they're here but Congress's attorneys did not state their presence to the court on the record which is a big no-no. So there's a violation of procedure and

um then this was just a spanking session. Obviously media matters as you all know, created this new concept on March 7th

when they knew that they were going to court when they failed with their motion to dismiss

to create Project 65, which goes against any

a tour to take today because it's highly not normal to be in a court to discuss an unopposed motion. And so now even if we

ask for for default judgment,

the judge made it clear that he wants us

to defend our position.

Not only... One of you guys ever heard a judge saying that

that you know the person that doesn't turn up has you have to argue why it should be given to you when simply they don't

turn up it is the stupidest argument ever and this guy is an Obama, you know, judge.

He's obviously having communications, you know, so nice to Dominion, thinking that, you you know this is right we explained to him you know

default judgment isn't what we want it's a defamation case I'm asking my

attorney to see if we can get him recused because he didn't follow the rules of his own court and
