You know, we've talked to you. I don't know, it four times in the last weeks because so much changes in any 24-hour period, so much changed over the weekend.

First of all, your initial impressions of how the weekend went.

Good for Ukraine. Ukraine wins by not losing and seeing more evidence that this was really a very poorly planned strategic operational mover by the Russians.

They looked at this more. I've seen now as a special op. Not necessarily this. Let's create attack in multiple echelons, bring everything to bear at once, combined arms, Navy, air, strategic weapon. Not what happened.

They ended up coming in for Ukraine on main roads. We were going to wait for the ground to freeze and have them be able to travel across the countryside.

None of that happened. They decided to come in on the roads. They've been picked off. They've been bogged down. They've run out of gas.

So Ukraine has clearly exceeded expectations. It's not over by any stretch, but there's no question that the Russians are clearly bogged down right now.
