1:15.8	Okay, so parents are suing a couple school districts
1:19.8	in Washington, or in Wisconsin, excuse me, over recklessly exposing their children to coronavirus.
1:28.8	Now these two parents are from different parts of the state in Wisconsin because they're not actually
1:33.8	the ones who are behind it. It is a super PAC that is behind it, a Democrat super PAC.
1:38.0	Should tell you a little bit more about that in a second, but the school boards of both schools in question ended their COVID mitigation policies that had been in place the previous school year, which included mask requirements, and they did this in defiance of the CDC recommendations according to the lawsuit.
1:55.3	The lawsuit blames the lack of safety measures for allowing the virus to spread, saying
2:00.5	that the school districts and its board are knowingly, needlessly, unreasonably, and recklessly
2:06.2	exposing the public to COVID-19 endangering public health.
2:11.5	And both of the lawsuits claim that the unmasked students
2:15.4	exposed their sons to COVID with one of the mothers being told that there was
2:21.9	somebody in her son's class who was infected and that
