0:25.9	of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. The Washington Post is reporting this, quote,
0:30.9	a federal judge has at least partially granted a request from U.S. prosecutors to force an
0:36.7	attorney for Donald Trump to testify before a grand jury about the former president's
0:42.0	possession of classified documents after leaving office. That's according to two people
0:47.0	briefed on the decision. Evan Corcoran had refused to answer investigator's questions about
0:52.6	his interactions with Trump, invoking attorney client privilege. In secret court filings
0:57.9	and a hearing held behind closed doors last week, prosecutors sought to show chief U.S.
1:03.2	district judge, Barrel Howell, of Washington that there were grounds for a crime fraud exception.
1:09.9	Judge Howell agreed, according to two people briefed on the matter who spoke anonymously
1:15.0	because this decision is still under seal. This breaking news is where we start today with
