Hey there, I'm so glad you stopped by for this podcast. We hope so much we can serve you today.

0:12.4

Go to verse four with me for a moment. I just want to get your minds rolling here.

0:16.3

Verse four says this. Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master, he stands or

0:21.6

false. Boy, have I thought about that verse a ton. We're talking about areas of personal

0:25.3

conviction. Sometimes some decisions we make, this definitely happened to me pretty early on in

0:31.0

the ministry. I was criticized fairly harshly for making some decisions to let go of some things and to let go of a ton of my social life, a ton of my social life.

0:44.6

And somebody spoke this word over me early on, and I've gone back to it over and over in my mind, even if I haven't spoken it.

0:50.3

I've got to know what God's telling me to do because to my master a servant rises or falls and you got to know that too

0:58.0

you just got to know you can't always explain to everybody where they're going to understand where you have a personal conviction but you just got to know that it's to your own master where you stand or fall. But it says this,

1:21.2

Who are you who is judging? Jot those down under verse four is literally, who are you who is judging in paul's own terminology and

1:30.5

certainly we can hear him saying this he's going who do you think you are who do you think you are

1:35.4

and he's reminding us there we're all going to stand before the judge so he says it's a much safer posture

1:40.5

to have before the judge that we just determine he's the only one. He said, we're all going

1:45.0

to be really glad when we stand before him. If we lived a life that testified, really, God,

1:50.2

you're it. Doesn't mean we don't have a discernment. And that's a lesson of its own. But there

1:58.6

are times we discern something that we need to back away from

2:02.7

we discern that something is wrong in our spirit i'm not talking about those kind of things i'm talking

2:08.7

about just being judgmental of one another very wise to avoid being judgmental i want you to hear

2:15.9

verses one through five out of the message.

2:19.3

Sometimes it will just help us with difficult words. I love to give it a look. I always look at
