And I love it this class in wintertime as well because it's like dark and cozy, you know. And people were asking me about my trip there and they were like, don't you feel jet lagged? This is like 630 p.m. And I'm like, I feel fine. And then halfway through the class, like, hit a wall. I was like, oh, my God. And then we're in the final shavasana, which in gentle yoga is always like 10 to 12 minutes long. And I was like, I'm going to fall asleep. I'm fully going to fall asleep here. |
