Hey guys I'm feeling quite thoughtful today. Well, I'm always quite thoughtful I suppose but especially today and it's because it seems like every day recently I wake up and look at the news and see some crazy events

happening around the world and it's hard sometimes to not let these things get to us as people.

It makes me emotional sometimes because part of me I think wants to try and do something

and wants to try and do something, I want to try and control things, and there's things that we just

can't control, and you don't want to have to withdraw from the world and forget all this bad stuff exists.

You want to do what you can.

And getting that balance in this modern world of wanting to care and wanting to make things better but not wanting to drive yourself crazy seems like a really difficult thing and I think that's why I enjoy recording the podcasts because I think what we all have to do in our own small way is to

In whatever us small environment is and the people around us the influence we can have

we have to do our best whatever our situation to make the world a little bit better

and for me I can do that through the podcast so yeah this has just been on my mind

today so yeah let's get let's get started with episode 67 and first of all let's review those

words from episode 66. So we had eloquent elution, and elocutionist. Eloquent meaning an adjective, fluent or persuasive in speaking or writing, and elocution being the noun, the skill of clear and expressive,

speech or writing, and an elocutionist is the person who is a fine speaker or writer who's fluent and clear in their writing or their speech.

Grovel, Grovel. To grovel is to lie on the floor with your face down or to kneel on the floor with your face down in front of someone.

You're prostrating yourself in front of someone, usually someone who is more powerful than you or who has something

over you. Tordry, that means showy, so visually impressive maybe from a distance with bright colours or shiny, but when it comes

down to it it's cheap and poor quality. And our last word from last time was Torper, that is a state of physical inactivity, a state of lethargy,

a state of lethargy, mental tiredness or sluggishness. And to start episode
