For our guided prayer experience today,

we're gonna take communion together.

I wanna invite you wherever you're at in the world

to find communion elements.

It could be a beverage, drink of some kind,

maybe a cracker, a piece of bread, or a chip,

something along those lines for you to participate

in this experience.

It's special and significant to consider that thousands

of people collectively across the globe today will participate

in communion through this guided prayer experience. You're not alone. You have community. You have

friendship. I want to do something unique with our time today

as you're grabbing the elements that you need

I want to declare a prayer over you

at any moment throughout this prayer

you can pray yourself alongside of me

any moment you can take the communion elements,

but allow this prayer to be an encouragement to you and a strength to you as we take communion,

rehearsing and remembering what Jesus has done for us.

Let me pray for you today.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for my brother, my sister that is listening right now.
