1:05.0	I'm not one of those like, I wake up, I journal, I drink from my water and I take a deep breath.
1:12.0	No, I don't have a journal.
1:13.0	I don't journal.
1:14.0	I journaled back in the day.
1:16.0	And those journals were always like, he damned me.
1:19.0	And they were just too depressing to go back and read.
1:22.0	So instead of journaling, I used my recording device as a diary.
