Hello, my darling friends. Welcome back to the show. It's time for a brand new and very fun and exciting episode of the Yoga Girl Podcast conversations from the heart.

I am back in Sweden and back in Sweden last week's episode. I recorded in a ruba. We came back to Sweden two days ago. Just lay out and I then is staying another week.

And I'm looking out at my regular little lake view here where I sit and record the podcast from home in Sweden.

There's a little bit of snow. I think there was so much snow when we were away.

There was really like a crazy snow storm that hit and there was so much snow and some of that is still lingering, which lay has very happy about.

But it's not like a snowy landscape. I just have a little bit of snow on our patio in the back.

But I'm looking out at the pine trees and the spruce trees in front of me.

The lake is still and quite and beautiful and it's cold.

And I'm sitting here feeling so excited.

And I'm so excited I have to laugh. Like I'm smiling so big right now.

Knowing that I finally, finally, after so long of keeping my mouth shut, so, so long, so much time sitting down to record this podcast every week,

not being able to talk about the one thing that I actually really want to talk about, which is the fact that yes, I am pregnant.
