Hey everyone, it's Hibba, and this is Kernan Cultures.

I've got some news to share about how we're going to do things moving forward.

As of today, we're going to be switching to a seasonal release schedule for this show,

rather than releasing an episode once every two weeks.

Because, as you might know, 2019 was a really big year for us as a company.

We grew from a single show, this one, to a whole podcast network.

We released three new shows, hired a bunch of staff members, and with that, our ambitions for the

Kernan Culture Show, they've grown too. We want to be able to spend more

time researching, reporting, and just getting deeper into our stories before bringing them to you. But with

such a small team working on the Kernan Culture Show, we're finding it really hard to do that with a looming

deadline every two weeks. And we never want to bring you stories that aren't worth your time.

So here's the plan. We're going to take a break from releasing anything new from now until the

summer. But in June 2020, we'll be back with 12 documentaries, 12 new episodes, which will release

weekly. And in the meantime, we'd love for you to listen to some of

our other work across the Kernan Cultures Network. We'll be releasing a new season of El Empire in

March. That's the show of exceptional Arabs around the world and their journeys to the top.

We have a bunch of Arabic shows in the pipeline, including upcoming episodes for the show that's out

now called Jhedi, a new show called

Behov, which will be releasing in a couple of weeks, and a bunch of other stuff in the pipeline

that we're really excited about. So be sure to keep following us on social media, subscribe to the

newsletter so you'll never miss episodes. And I promise the stories that we're working on for

the Kernan Culture Show, they're going to be fantastic.
