0:50.8	So that's been breeding its own, you know, inner imposed guilt because I like to show up 100%.
0:58.6	And so when I can't, it's been really stressful.
1:02.3	And then obviously we get upset we got worked up and our kids
1:05.3	feel that energy.
1:07.0	So it's this sort of continuous cycle of this guilt and hurt in my heart.
