I am back. I just feel like I'm back today marks seven days in a row that I've worked out and

And a week and a half of eating healthy and not drinking and I'm finally finally starting to feel like myself again

And I don't feel like complaining too much

You just sound good and you sound you sound a good right when you got on usually you're moping around and

Play and sluggish you do sound good now man

I was I did my workout at six in the morning and I I was I was on time and everything I love it good for you

How are you how have you been? I'm good. I want to start working out too. I feel like crap myself

I think I'm I hit that like last night where I'm like, you know, I'm drinking too much

I'm just I'm not running enough. So I'm starting today. I'm gonna just start hitting the pavement again

I'm just I gotta get back out there. Oh, that's so boring. I hate that. Oh, it works for me

I just can't even fathom doing I'm like I'm not a runner. That's just not in my DNA

You know, I thought I was gonna have a restful weekend, but I ended up having to do a lot of crap not crap

I had to get my flu shot, which is important especially this year. So I got my flu shot

I ended up writing and recording a song on Sunday

Although I was a little bit nervous because more than a little bit nervous because you know

Everybody was wearing their masks, but the booth is this enclosed small space

And I'm like, when am I gonna get corona here? I can actually give our listeners a preview
