Peer pressure only went so far in that one of the best strategies was just to listen to

people's fears and try to address them.

And that it is labor intensive, individual, emotional work to listen and try to provide

as best you can, information and patience in the face of those fears or concerns, and

that we could really move the needle.

I believe that.
