Summary

Alex and Puck arrive at “Lake Matthews” a forward operating base, listening to the tapes left behind by his mother, taking them deeper into the history and network of “The Atlas”. The soldiers meet their match beneath the surface of the earth. As everyone becomes entangled with other temptations, unsuspected dangers still loom from a distance.
