Welcome back to another episode of Stay Hot.

Today, we're talking about the NFC West. We finished our top 10 for every single position group.

So if you haven't checked out that episode for safeties, we finished that up in the most recent episode.

And in that episode, we were talking about the Seattle Seahawks in passing. And so now we will finally get to give our full thoughts on all of the moves that they've made this offseason because they made a lot of them. And they say that if you stay the same, you got worse. And they definitely didn't stay the same. But we'll see if they actually got better. But before we get into that, we have to talk about some contracts. And before we get into that, I have to ask Matthew Spano and Theo Ash, how they're doing on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. We're recording a little earlier today. We are. My chair is growing on me. I'm starting to like it a little bit more however I'm 24 years old and I have a big

Pimple by my nose that has turned into like a

Weird smooth red spot right now.

And on top of that, I have one on the very top of my nose.

So it can't all be good all at the same time, right?

I lost my flag football game today so it's okay
