we are going over the NFC East, which is a really crazy

division when you think about it. We've got the reigning Super Bowl champion, the team that

lost to them in the NFC championship. And then you've got the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington

commanders, two teams that missed the play, or not the commanders, the New York Giants, two teams that

missed the playoffs. But, and one of which was one of the, or not the commanders, the New York Giants, two teams that missed the playoffs,

but, and one of which was one of the worst teams in the NFL last year and probably

projects to be more of the same this year. But before we get in to all four of those teams,

we'll talk about them all in depth. Matt, Theo, how are you guys doing on this beautiful

Sunday afternoon?

Yeah, I'm doing good. I'm doing good. I've done a lot of running today. I got up and ran for about two miles and then I went to the gym and I played full court basketball for a while.

So I've just been running and running and running.

Are you making a point to be more active?

No, I run every Sunday morning.

And for the basketball, I just finally found some runs that aren't completely above my skill level.

I know what you mean.

I'm not good at basketball, it's it's not a sport

I played at all growing up I played Theo no no I cannot still dunk um it it's up for debate if I could

ever dunk on a regulation hoop that that video was me dunking I don't know if it was regulation or not i've never measured

the hoop at that park but i could dunk at the hoop on up that park i don't know if i could go

on an NBA court and dump the basketball ever it looked it looked good to all of us
