Let's start with our pop-a-top.

How about that?

You know, we here at the Michael Berry Show believe

that at the end of a long, hard week of work,

a grown-ass man, or a libige of women.

Ramones not here, so you don't get a ding, sorry.

I ought to be able to pop a top on a whole pier

on the drive home.

And this week, we do so to our Latino neighbors,

not in Mexico.

So I mean here, I mean the Fernandeses and Martinezes

and Rodriguezes and Pañas, the Davosis and Garcias

and all the others.

I mean the folks that came from Mexico

and made a huge imprint on this country.

And I will tell you this, you don't

have the strength of the United States military

without the strength of Hispanic immigrants

who came to this country.

Not to say they are the sole members of our military,

but boy, oh boy, are they proud members of our military?
