Allison, good afternoon. How do we find you today? You find me sat next to a Tudor chess board and I

realise one of the pawn drummers is decapitated and it's upsetting me.

Because I've had this chessboard about 18 years and it's remarkably intact apart from this decapitation.

And can we understand what's happened? Why has he been decapitated?

Well, the good news is it means the chessboards being used and that that means that

means things get well things fall over so it's a shame though I need some

superglue Natalie sort. Sort it out.

Okay, all right. Well, once we've got this pot out the way, you can sort that out.

Tom, how are you doing? I presume you're not sat next to a Tudor chess board.

No chess related dramas for me,

and although I have got a renewed respect for all athletes

after playing a bit of Park Cricket at the weekend and for the last three days being basically unable to walk or move or do anything

after a couple of fairly average overs of leg spin so I'm either just clearly not very fit

or I should you know be much kinder to all these

athletes out there who put their body through the mill every week.

Indeed. It's a lot tougher than it looks I can tell you. Well I think we should ask Allison because we know Allison you like to play your tennis,

you like to play your football.

What do we make of Tom's fitness standards?

Depressing and embarrassing, but you know if you wants to admit that on a fine but come on Tom
