Suella Braverman, speaking at the Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think tank in Washington, D.C. this

week. In it, as you heard there, she posits the idea originally from the now vice president, J.D. Vance,

that in a couple of decades, the UK could be

an Islamist state with nuclear weapons, an arch enemy of the United States. She says that she doesn't

believe it herself, but it's worth talking about. On the show today, we ask, is it really worth talking about?

that would once have been considered completely extreme?
