Instead of using people's real names to make calls you can assign a related name and use it. For example, I use

Siri, call mom or Siri call wife. The way to do this is to go into your phone's

contacts and edit. There's a section where you can edit the contact that says

add related name this lets you pick a common name or add your own and then assign

them to people for instance if you have two friends named Dave, you can have, hey, call
