It's always hard for me to admit what I'm about to say because I feel like in some way

I would like let people down like maybe people put me on a spiritual pedestal and maybe expect

me to say that I never struggle with being distracted when I'm reading my Bible, but that's

simply not true.

And some days, if I'm being fully honest, I get so caught up in the doing that I forget

to just stop and pay attention to what God is doing and open my Bible.

And I'm really wanting to be more intentional about spending time in God's Word now more

than ever.

It is essential.
