I'm in Michigan today and you know when I'm on a runner I'm exercising I get these thoughts in my head that I want to share with you guys and I don't wait I don't go get rid of the scruffy beard and fix the hair so this is me it might not look the best but I hope I have a good message to share so thanks for watching today today. last night, got some business to do, I'll be out this afternoon back home to the family.

But here's what I want to share today. You know, I don't, I teach everybody

don't watch the news and I don't spend a lot of time in the news.

It robs your heart, the negativity of reads, it kills your confidence,

but who cannot notice what's going on in our country right now?

And so many people ask me what they could do on a big scale and

you feel like I either have to do something big or there's nothing I can do and I'd

like you to listen to this there is something every single one of us can do and I hope

you share this message and pass it long. Not necessarily just, I hope you share this video and get people

engage, but share it with your words, with your thoughts, with your heart your heart you know when you look at the people

who overcome problems who overcome the most horrific things what they do what they have in

common is they don't focus on the action they don't focus on what happened

because when you focus on what happened and why it happened too much you know what

happens you get revenge you get and you want someone to pay for it.

I want someone to pay for what happened. I want to know whose fault it is. Why did it happen?

When you do that, it eats your body alive. It fills you with anger, it feels you with

resentment, it fills you with the desire for revenge. How long have certain wars been

going on around the world?

If you look at the people who make an impact,

if you look at the people who've made a change in this world,
