this argument's going on around the country. There is a Democrat state rep in Houston

in the Westbury area. So Myerland, Westbury, if you know where that is, if you don't know where that is,

think about the Bisonette and Belair triangle where that comes together.

It's kind of mostly like a Mexican flea market meets the beginnings of the Honduran and El Salvadoran,

Papusa, Roe meets old old people who never left and the Jewish community. It used to be just meets

the Jewish community, sorry, meets old Jewish community, but a lot of younger Jewish professionals

have moved back into that area. And part of the reason is it's not affordable by suburban standards,

but it's the easternmost affordable area for people who are moving east to work. So especially

the medical facilities. If you're working down, sorry, if you're working in the Med Center,

it's most people are priced out of Southgate, and sorry, yeah, Southside, Boulevard Oaks, West

you. And then as you continue to move forward, sorry, to move westward and along that south of

Bisonette Boulevard, south of Bisonette, north of Holcomb slash Belair. That sliver right there

is very desirable, especially for Med Center folks. As you move further west and you come into Belair,

which is mostly not as expensive as West University, but extremely expensive. And then next,

you move further west to an older community that has seen a big resurgence and that is Westbury.

It's an interesting area politically because it tends to be, well, it's a state representative

district. Last I looked at it, now it's been a long time since I looked at it. So they may have

Jerry Manders, some of the districts, but I campaigned in this district. In fact, Westbury was

a stronghold for me, considering that it should have been completely Democrat, and we managed to go

in and win about 75% of the votes there. There was a rather significant black community, but

it's not like the black communities of sunny side or Hiram Clark or Cloverland. It's a black
