1:25.6	You know, this is the point in our history that we've never been
1:29.0	before. We have not a poorest border, but no border at all. We've had somewhere between 10 to 12 million
1:37.4	illegal entrants since the Biden administration began. There is no real corpus of immigration law, it's been destroyed,
1:45.9	where in a historical period in our country were 55 million people, never such a large
1:52.0	number of people born outside the United States that were residing here. In terms of percentages,
1:58.0	almost 16% of the population was not born in the United States.
2:01.9	That's an enormous task of assimilation, integration, civic education, and we just haven't been
2:08.3	doing any of that.
2:10.2	So what are we going to do?
2:12.2	Well, the first thing is we need to stop catch and release.
