This is a great time to address ourselves. If we put enough effort, we can come out physically

fitter, mentally more stable, energetically stronger and spiritually with more potential.

If you look back on the history of humanity, you hear of great human beings and great generations

of people only because there was a crisis. It is a crisis which made human beings rise. We

remember them for hundreds of years or thousands of years sometimes simply because they rose

against a crisis in a very responsible and conscious manner and they dealt with the problems

of their times. This is the problem of our times. As a generation, we have not faced a situation

like this in the last 50 years. This is our time to show who we are. In this period when

you are away from your work and social distancing is happening, this is the best time to address

various issues of your life and come out stronger and as better human beings. This is an opportunity

for us as a generation of people. We have to show that we can address our problems gracefully

and responsibly. This is very important.
