Hello! Hello! Hello! Hello! Hello! I feel like we start every podcast with the

singing of the hello. Singing something because it's like exciting. I don't even know if

they're gonna remember us. Oh my god! It's been a hot and hectic couple of weeks here.

So just for, you know, context, me and Carly are human and we have off-weeks and, you

know, shit happens sometimes. And like we did have a planned off-week, which I guess we

didn't let you guys know about because I had the resuratory. It was their retreat. So we planned

having an off-week. And then we were gonna record two episodes, right?

Whatever we were gonna do, it just didn't work out. And then you got COVID and we had

a cancel our workshop and, or a rescheduled, not cancel it, sorry. Yeah, it's been a hot

minute. Yeah, so why don't we fill them in on some life stuff? Okay, first of all, I

just want to say I... Oh, she finally got COVID for the first time. I was just gonna say

that I literally got it for the first time ever and, you know, it's been this like dreaded,

ominous thing that's been like floating as this black cloud, like what the fuck am I going

to expect? I know. So I thought I was, I mean, I never thought that I was like above

the world for not getting COVID, but like I also thought like I must have some special

blood and not be getting it. Not be getting this COVID, right? Because I think I was the

only person I knew that hadn't got it. And then on Monday of what was it? Last Monday,

it was the middle of the night and I woke up in the middle of the night and like two days

before I had gotten a prenatal massage after my retreat because I like stand the whole

week and talking to people the whole week and I always just like treat myself to a massage

right after and the lady came to the house, she gave me an amazing prenatal massage.
