Yeah, I'm doing well.

And recovering from the last time I saw you, I somehow in Montana

caught like the plague.

That shouldn't have been the case. It was the least hot place in the country and we all were pretty

healthy. We're all outdoorsy and also that shouldn't have been the case but I don't know what happened in Callis Bell.

Yeah, who knows? I think it's because I spent all day in the rain one day and then the next day was like a thousand degrees so it was a but yeah I'm I feel better still have a stupid cough.

So if you see me muting that that's exactly what's going on.

But enough about that.

Tell tell the people who may not know you yet, like what do you do?

Absolutely so I have my pulse on a lot of things in the outdoor industry a lot with shooting sports and hunting and fishing but as it relates to the podcast and guns and all that, I would say my own journey into

shooting sports really influences my reporting work.

So I'm probably one of the handful of people in DC area

and also in media, aside from, let's say Stephen Gacowski

and a few others, who reports on firearms

because I have some proximity to the area.
