Hi everyone, it's Sally and I am looking so forward to giving you this podcast today.

I have been surrounded every day by Joy as she's working in her PhD and conversations with

some wonderful women that I've had the opportunity of meeting with here in Oxford and with Sarah

and just I've been reading a lot of different things and I think today's 24 family

ways, number three, is so incredibly important and especially in this day and time because

I really do think that as we look at the 24 family ways we've been building, first of

all we fear God and we honor Him and God is the starting point for everything because

He is our heritage, He's the one who made us, He's the one who gave us the instruction

book that came with who we are and what we're supposed to do and if we don't read the way

that He made us, His instruction book that goes along with our hearts and minds and

souls in order to find favor and order to flourish, then we can't flourish in this world.

I know many years ago, I have mentioned this before but all of you who have put together

some of those shelves or desks or something from a store like we called it IKEA in Austria

when I first found out about it but it was IKEA I believe in the States and when Klayen

and I were very young we had something that we were going to put together and excuse my

little bell, that's my, someone's writing me.

But anyway we were putting together this bookshelf that had a desk, we had no furniture

in our little apartment, we were newly married and Klay was one of the pastors at the International
