0:12.9	are going to be talking about our own experience being judges for the Emerald Cup. Isn't that right,
0:20.2	Bean? Oh man, the cannabis event of the year.

0:39.9	Cup to determine what is the best cannabis vehicle in all of California. And yes, it was a high honor
0:48.1	to be a judge this year. Bean and I have had the fortune of judging a bunch of cannabis
0:53.0	competitions, you know, the Cannabis Cup,
0:55.2	of course, and we've been involved with the Emerald Cup for a few years. We've performed there
1:00.0	live. We've judged. We've been to the events. And we wanted to tell you a little bit about
1:04.9	what that's actually like. Not a lot of people out there get the judge a cannabis competition.
1:09.9	We were in two very different categories.
1:13.0	So, yeah, we just want to run through it, tell you how it's done, what happens, what's the whole
1:19.0	process, and how you actually end up judging all those different types of cannabis in one
1:26.7	sitting or a series of sittings. Definitely. A series of
1:30.4	sittings, a few laydowns for me because that was an edibles judge and those will knock you out.
1:36.2	And just, you know, to all of our listeners, we really, really try not to flex too hard on this
1:41.9	podcast. We know that you might be smoking some pipe resin right now. But the reason
1:46.4	we think it's really relevant is you really should be judging all of the weed in your life and not
1:52.8	to be overly judgmental. You know, I still personally, after 20 years in this game, as a weed pro,
1:59.3	feel grateful every time I have anything to smoke.
