One of my highlights of Monday morning.

We get voicemails throughout the course of the week.

But one of my highlights of Monday morning is we get the most voicemails over the weekend.

People call 71399991000 and leave us a message of a thought or maybe a compliment or maybe a criticism.

Maybe they sing a bit of a song.

Maybe they slaughter and drool through a statement that we can't understand for reasons that they might be a touch-sauce.

Or maybe they share a memory of a loved one who used to really like our show.

You just never know.

It's a grab bag of goodies for us.

And we always enjoy it. It's a group activity.

Well, earlier in the week, it was the anniversary of the release of the first Ford Mustang.

And we had a fellow that called in late that night to tell us about his first Mustang.

Yeah, I'm not holding my breath about getting played on the air.

But I've just got through listening to your Mustang thing.

I don't even like to talk about it.

But I had a 64 and a half convertible with a 289 hypo, which was the K-code with the power top black on black and rally pack.

I still, I totaled it twice.

I rebuilt the engine three times.

And I still miss that car.

I still have dreams about that car.
