But the GOP has dealt itself a bit of an unwarranted blow, my friends, a week long delay for

an FBI investigation into the Kavanaugh situation we will dive into this together.

Let me say again, I can't make that commitment for the leadership.

I can only say that I would be only comfortable moving forward on the floor.

I'll move it out of committee, but I will only be comfortable moving on the floor until

the FBI has done more investigation than they have already.

It may not take them a week.

I understand that some of these witnesses may not want to discuss anything further, but

I think we owe them due diligence.

Would you be willing to reopen the next round of investigation in the Kavanaugh?

I'm going to rely on all of the people including Senator Grassley who is doing a very good job.

That will be a decision that they are going to make and they suspect they will be making

some decision soon, whether to take a vote or to do whatever else they want to do.

I will be totally reliant on what Senator Grassley and the group decides to do.
