It is another edition of The High Hopes Podcast and, yes, Jack fits!

it is the perfect offseason day. But in reality, it's the day we finally got what we wanted,

what we've been asking for the entirety of the history of this podcast.

A world series. My favorite guy in baseball. He's my hero. They hired a race guy. We're doing

the perfect offseason. Like, I'm with you, man. Play off this year. Maybe world series this year.

Things could not be breaking our way more, buddy. I agree. And listen, the Braves can have their

one off random world series all they want. But we hired a race guy. So which is more important.

That's a great question. Well, I would like to thank Dave Zembrowski for a lot of things,

you know, actually like, shockingly making me invested in the Phillies again and making me actually

believe in the infrastructure of the Phillies again, which I honestly thought was something that

might never happen again in my lifetime. But also for scooping me on the perfect offseason.

Couldn't wait one day for this one. Literally, I sent it to Jack as soon as it happened in my

perfect offseason. There's only one thing at the top that is in all caps and it's sign of front

office person from the race. My all seasons complete. I'm good. I don't even need to do this

project. I believe. Yeah. And it's just it's it's it's exactly what we want to like having a

having a Tampa Bay race guy who has only worked for the race. Come and run our research and

develop in the department. We're not hiring or not hiring some random guy from Google. I mean,

with no plan or anything like like he's been brought in to to with a plan. Like he's he's
