I'm sure you were thrilled to not have to do the warm-up show this morning because Al was going to open up with the Jimmy Kimmel suspension.

So I hate to bring it up here, but I have to talk about it a little bit.

First of all, you're right.

But I figured we'd do like, you know, five to ten minutes of it here as opposed to 20 minutes of Al. Of Al, you know, in attack dog mode.

But there are a lot of things in play with this.

This is not in any way a black and white situation.

And there are things that are troublesome and there's things that make sense.

So if in any way, you know, the government is involved and the FCC is involved in

silencing people or firing people, you know, that is a problem. And I think very problematic. And I think

most everybody can agree with that. And if you don't, then you probably got to get educated.

But I guess the question is, you know,

how real are the threats from the head of the FCC saying that you're going to lose your

license if you continue to have this guy on the air?

Now, even the threat isn't a good thing.

There's no way that that should be happening.

And that is troublesome. But I I still think and this is this is not me being naive. I still think regardless of the threat from the head of the FCC of taking Jimmy kimmel off of their their stations and or the stations

that carry jimmy kimmel losing their license because there was two major carriers sinclair and

then was something started next star next star in sinclair you know they're you know thinking all

i could lose my my license with the FCC.

I still think regardless of that threat, that this probably would have still happened.

And this is the reason why Jimmy Kim will being suspended.
