No question. and we are less than a week away now from Cowboys Eagles next Thursday night, a week and a couple of days away from the first full NFL slate for the most part, because you got the game Friday night as well. But you got Giants and commanders on Sunday. You've got the Jets and the Steelers with Aaron Rogers coming in. So I thought fun just to

kind of go around the league, just a little bit, if we can with you, Willie Cologne. So let's take it from,

since you played for the Jets, let's start with the AFC East. Before we get to these other teams,

give me the upside as we're a week away from the Jets. What is the upside for the Jets this season?

Well, I think a couple of things.

I think one, so I went to the Jets luncheon yesterday.

And I think if you've, and I had multiple conversations with multiple people.

And I think that there's a flat optimism.

Okay.

If that's such a thing. It's a good word. I think people are excited that Aaron Glenn is the head coach. He spoke a little bit and he was very stern and deliberate about what he wants his team to be. And he mentioned that he want the product on the field to be a reflection of how he coaches and what the city represents. He wants the fans to be proud of it, which is he played here knows the city knows the market um but i think if you talk to some of the other people were sitting in the seats there was like we've kind of been here like you know so funny when erin and rogers got to the jets um Woody had did that same luncheon with a all white outfit he had had a white hat, white shirt, white pants, Air Force.

Wear that stupid hat too.

And a platinum chain. Okay. And everybody was like, oh, swag, right? Aaron leaves. Woody stood up as like, I got a bunch of thank yous. Thank you. And, well, like, he was just like, I think everybody's kind of exasperated right now. But I think there's hopeful optimism that this team can really do something.

I think Justin Fields, like I said, I think he comes with a set of instructions. I would not have him throw the ball more than 25 times a game. The foundation of this team is the offensive line in the running back. The defense will be better. I like Harrison Phillips. They just got him from Minnesota. But I think like everybody else, I think we agreed to, we just got to wait and see with this team. I think you, we all agree. The bills are winning the division. I don't think there's any need to discuss that, right? Yeah, they're strong. Are the Jets better than the Patriots and our dolphins? Do you think? I think they are, especially defensively.

I think sauce is going to have a big year. I think the secondary, I think you talk about with Jane Sherwood, they're starting lineback. He's the captain of the team. They just paid him. I think he's going to have a big time year. So we'll see. I think the caveat is Jermaine Johnson. You know, he's coming off an injury right now. What does he look like?

And can he be an impact player alongside Will McDonald's. So I think they have enough pieces in place. He's got to go win, man. All right. So that's the AFCs. Here's my question on the AFC North. We know what the Bengals are and what they've been. We, of course, know about the Ravens.

They're the favorite in that division.
