I am Dan Bardell, supporter of the Europa League champions Aston Villa,

Villa Abit Freiburg, 3-0 in Istanbul.

Absolutely incredible evening, incredible effort from Unai Emory and the team, and just absolutely chuffed for every

single Villa fan in the world.

In particular, those that made the trip over there, it looks like it was absolutely

unbelievable.

As you know, I did not make the trip over there, but here sat behind me now,

is my dad. We've watched Aston Villa lift a trophy together. I don't know whether it was quite

1982. I did ask my dad earlier whether, because he was away with work in 1982, whether he

actually watched it, and he can't even remember, he can't even remember whether he watched

1982 or not in the end but we watched the game together dad we've watched astern villa

lift a trophy i'm sure there's loads of people at home now with with their families

have had an unbelievable evening but dad just how much does it mean for villa to have finally won a

trophy oh it's just unbelievable now, isn't it?

I would have predicted 3-0 before the game started, but that first half an hour,

I was starting to lose a bit of faith, really, in thinking this is going to be more difficult

than I thought it was going to be.

But, you know, them two goals right before half time.

They have fantastic goals as well, though.

You know, I mean, the quality of those goals were just unbelievable.
