0:45.0	involving a police officer Joseph Franco who was an NYPD detective who was indicted in
0:49.6	2019 for lying under oath about three separate drug sales which he said he witnessed.
0:55.5	Now the Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance has agreed to vacate and dismiss approximately
0:59.7	a hundred more convictions in which Franco played a key role.
