We just finished an amazing meeting with some wonderful people.

We have a great leadership team.

We are able to come to this setting and spend time talking, praying together for each other.

And in fact, today we did a commissioning for our senior leadership team to really bless and to install them in their place of leadership.

One of the things we wanted to announce today and promote in a sense is Dan, when Eric and

Candace left some months ago, Dan was willing to take the position as a temporary position

until we figured out more what we were doing. And during this time, it's become very clear to us that the mantle for this assignment really rests on Dan's life.

And we're so thankful. He's been here for 30 years. He's, goodness, he's just like the best guy on the planet to work with.

And we are just thrilled. And he's agreed to take on this position as as the

senior leader for Bethel for the local church Chris and I will maintain our

positions to help give oversight to all the moving parts around here but the senior

leadership role really the mantle is squarely on Dan shoulders and we're

very very grateful very thankful the's shoulders and we're very, very grateful, very thankful.

The second thing that we're doing is there is an associate position that Chris Cruz is taking

to assist and to stand with Dan.

There's so much going on.

All of us need as much help as we can.

Out of mercy, we wanted to provide the one who really carries that grace, that mantle.

Chris, you've proving yourself so incredibly through the years.
