All right. We are entering into a new world of work. We have a whole bunch of stuff happening.

Here is what you're going to be getting from us. My vision is that we are creating a platform

where all sorts of people who are interested in navigating work,

managing work, being better at work, bitching about work, forgetting about work, but silently

curious about work, all those people have a place to get what they want. So what we are going to be

doing is instead of dropping one big podcast every week, which is my rambling

brain going through rambling brain things, what we're going to do is have a bunch of

mini podcasts. So every week you're going to get from me, one is the net net. So the net net is

my take and our take on business headlines, work headlines, work trends, you name it.

Underlined is the next piece. On Underlined, I'm going to have Suhan. So Suhan is part of the

Food 52 team. He's on my personal board. He has a whole bunch of thoughts. He's going to ask me

all sorts of questions about lessons and life at work.

The third drop every week is going to be called what she said, and we're going to talk about

women at work.

So if you're a guy listening or watching this, you don't have to sit through that or you should

sit through that, I would argue.

But really something focused on work like a girl and what's happening for women at work.

So the fourth episode,

we're overachievers here, is going to be called unsolicited advice. This is one-on-ones. You know this

from my one-on-one series now, but this is just about unsolicited work advice. People send in their

questions, and I drop my answers, and you can debate them in the comment section.
