Another day of Famished.

Welcome to episode eight of Famished, everybody.

You know, two episodes ago, we had an episode all about

mental health and we were going to answer all of your advice. We were going to answer all

of your questions, everything. And obviously, if you saw that episode, you know I've recently

went through something very traumatic. So we wound up talking a lot about that. And we don't want to make this all about

ourselves. Just honestly, maybe we do love talking because we want to give you guys advice because we

both have struggled so heavily with our mental health. And it has been such a prevalent part of

our lives, especially I feel like our adult lives. And we feel like we have this platform for a reason.

We wanted to know questions that you guys had about mental health, kind of share more about

our stories and our journeys because everyone's story is so different.

And I don't know, hopefully make some of you guys feel less alone.

So we asked you guys to send in all of your advice, all of your questions, basically

anything surrounding the idea of mental health to our social medias. If you guys want to be
