I'm Booker. He's Perez and let's get into it.

I feel like you just need to take a breath and conscious breathing is something

that we don't often do, but I really believe that conscious breathing can be very helpful

in trying times, which we are constantly in and sometimes are more trying than others like today.

I mean I don't even know where to begin. I was before what happened in Manchester going to start to talk about all the

Billboard Music Awards, but that seems so trivial, insignificant, and stupid. Not stupid, but I mean, I can't start anywhere but what happened in Manchester and where my mind keeps going to is trying to understand it and not even conjuring up any understanding of why they would target a place that was going to be known to be filled with teenagers and younger.

Like I don't understand that.

Like I know that ISIS hates is filled with hate, I just, but even like guess I don't understand that level of brainwash or like what they were hoping to accomplish like I don't understand it and like I wish I would I had understanding because maybe then if I

understood it it'd be helping me to feel confident that the people in the positions of

power could help treat it or kill it or I don't know what but what is the reasoning for
