I wrote this and I'm going to read it and then we're going to go into some texts that I believe marry this.

I came into this in an unusual space, and that is I had two very distinct independent faults over what the next couple of

days would look like. Normally I come in and just my heart is prepared just to help maybe leaders

see how it works for me. It doesn't have to work this way for you. My heart is prepared yet I'm always

sort of anticipating interruption

and the Lord showing me what to do. That's definitely what happened tonight is I feel an interruption

and I'm going to share some things that may sound familiar to you but they're going to come forth

in a different way tonight because I felt like the Lord told me to keep the leadership

focus even through the next couple of days.

I know leaders remained.

But interestingly, if you went through and spent time with the people that have moved here

from all over the country to be a part of our local congregation, many of them have been

in some form of church leadership.

The majority have been in some form of church leadership. The majority have been in some form of church leadership.

And I think one of the things that I've always believed is that if we're going to see a

great reform in the culture at large, it's going to have to start at the top.

If you want to see a family reform, reform a father.

church whether it be a worship leader or pastor or youth pastor it's not relevant to me what role you're

in but if we can begin to see reform at the top we understand that according to psalms the oil
