Hi everyone is 4 o'clock in New York. We have a lot of news to get to today including millions of people picking up

the pieces in the wake of Hurricane Milton.

More than 3 million people are right now without power and communities across a wide

swath of Florida are assessing the damage caused by that storm surge by the high

winds and so much rain that in some cities it amounted to a one in 1,000 year rainfall event.
