This is our opportunity to talk about mental health journeys, what's going down in the

therapies, et cetera, et cetera, and Gerard, you, you know, shared some information with

the people.

I believe a week ago, a week and a half ago, feel, feel inquiring minds in.

I actually don't want to talk about it.

I'm just going to, uh, yeah, no, so last week I shared that I began my, uh, I stay

in totally, uh, of antidepressants and what that experience has been like for me.

And I am, uh, a week into it now.
