It's hard to believe, but this is our last episode before the holiday

break. It's been a whirlwind of a year with so many great conversations and little victories,

but of course, Trump's win is weighing on all of us. There will be so much to do next year to

keep people safe and keep democracy working. But right now, I think we could all use a little

break. I hope you have a chance to get some well-deserved rest between now and January. This week,

I got the chance to talk to Dr. Nicole Argo, a social psychologist, and the host of a podcast called

Reimagining Us. She gave me some tips on how we can connect with neighbors and family members,

even if we don't agree on politics.
