This week's News and Views from Walt Disney World segment starts off with more discussion and more details about the Q over Xorin.

As the typically long wait lines may get a little bit easier to endure because as a play test, Disney engineers and designers are installing interactive video technology, motion detectors and other devices at the attractions so guests can actually be entertained while they make their way through the Q.

These new games are going to feature leading edge technologies that allow people to play together while interacting with videos shown on the large screen hanging on the wall in the Grand Hall area.

An example of one of the games is that people are going to be able to race birds that are going to be flying across a grand landscape.

Now the new system should be up by mid July and they are going to actually use this kind of as a test area to see if they can implement this technology elsewhere in the park.

I think this sounds really interesting and very very exciting because it's going to be interactive not only with cast members behind the scenes but interacting with your other guests in the queue so I'm looking forward to seeing what comes up in mid July.
