3:07.0 | Disney announced the new mobile room ready notification service for guests staying at Disney Resorts which is now available and allows guests who arrive prior to their check-in time at Disney owned and operator hotels to receive either a text message |
3:23.0 | or automated voice message when the room is ready. So now during the check-in process at your Disney resort you can provide a cell phone or mobile phone number and request a return notification preference. |
3:35.0 | So now when your room is ready you'll get either a text message or an automated call sent directly to your cell phone with the room number and letting you know that the room is ready for you to go in. |
3:46.0 | Guests may of course choose not to participate in this service and still be able to call the resort's room availability telephone number provided to them at check-in. |
3:55.0 | The service is available to any guests staying at a Disney operated resort hotel at Walt Disney World Disney Land and of course Disney Vacation Club properties. |
