I know, at the beginning of every single festival review I do, I start off by saying that it is the most wonderful time of the year, but this time I really mean it.

Because the weather is beautiful, the holidays are in full swing, we are standing in the shadow of the majestic Christmas tree at the entrance to the World Showcase promenade, and the festival of the holidays is in full swing here at Epcot Center.

Now, through December 30th and of all the festivals, this is the one I look forward to most because it's the one that's going on now.

And I really, I say it, I know, I say it every time, it has a little bit of something for everyone and it's not just about the food, but it's about the entertainment and we will get into that.

And today I am joined by friends and fellow foodies, say that three times fast, as we're going to do something a little bit different this year, in our what started out, a little bit of history lesson, what started, it used to start out as a walkabout.

And I would sort of record it or do it live, and we would stop in every single booth during the festivals and eat from every single booth until the one year I remember sitting down somewhere in between like Morocco and France, I sat down with like this lamb, Kafka burger, and I just, I can't, I give up, I just cannot do it anymore.

So we're getting more efficient, and I think we're getting better and I'll explain to you how we're going to do it this year to put a little spin on it after I introduce not one, not two, but three of my very good friends.

First of all, we always always seem to get together and it's always around food and festival. Yeah, that's how we even met.
