What's up everybody? Welcome back to another Friday snack edition of Shnit Talk.

I hope it was as weird for you guys to hear me say that as it was for me to say it because

it just doesn't feel right.

So Ellie has a penicitus.

She just got her penics removed.

She is fine, but wish her well words and a safe recovery.

But yeah, we are without her today.

So therefore we are doing a sort of throwback girl power interview episode.

We are going to do an interview with Jackie London who was a nutritionist we had on.

I think over a year ago, right before spring break, and she is going to talk a little bit

about healthy dieting, thought patterns with food.

I feel like we all need that right now stuck in our houses.

Some of us are overeating, which is fine if that is what you want to do.

Some of us are dieting and it could be a little challenging when you are alone, when

you feel alone in it.

So we need that refresher.

And then we are going to do an interview with Erica.

This is our like third, maybe second episode ever.

So it will be fun to listen to when we are working from home.
