1:34.0	I actually just got back. I just got back from LA last night. I was at PIMDCon, which is Peter Kim's conference for passive income MD.
1:43.0	He does a conference every fall, just like we do a conference every spring. And this was the first time since before the pandemic in 2019 that we got together in person out there.
